Our Background
On realizing the hardships that the Members of the Uganda Timber Growers Association were going through to get financial support from Commercial Banks and other Financial Institutions (because of the long-term nature of the business and risks associated), a team of 35 Members met at Hotel Africana with the idea of forming a SACCO to help them bridge the cash flow gap.
